Priority Migration Skills List updated to support Australian COVID-19 response

COVID-19 has impacted our world in many ways. It has changed how we interact, travel, connect with our loved ones and also how we live our daily lives. Moreover, it has put a spotlight on critical skill areas that Australia needs to prioritise to strengthen Australia’s COVID-19 response.

The Department of Home Affairs (DoHA) has updated the list of occupations under the Priority Migration Skilled Occupation List. While other skilled occupation lists will continue to remain active, these applications will be processed on priority. As Australia’s response to COVID-19 evolves, this list may be updated.

The Priority Migration Skilled Occupation List. The 17 occupations (ANZSCO code) are:
